# Client Notes

Client Notes let you store important accounting context for each client in one place. Anything your team needs to know about how a specific client's accounts are coded, handled, or reviewed lives here so nobody has to ask twice.

## Good notes to leave

A useful note is specific enough that anyone on your team can act on it without asking the client again:

* "Client uses personal card for business fuel. Code to Motor Vehicle Expenses."
* "Quarterly BAS. Three active bank accounts connected via live bank feeds."
* "Exclude private vehicle usage. Business use is 60% only."
* "Client often forgets to include toll receipts. Chase before finalising TPAR."
