The report opens with **End of Financial Year Financial Statements**, showing the client's **Company Name**, the **Reporting Period** covered, and who it was **Prepared By**.

Below that, the statement leads with the **Profit and Loss Statement** for the year, in the same **Accounts** and **Incl. Transactions** layout as the standalone Profit & Loss report. **Trading Income** lists each income account with its code, such as Sales - GST on Income (200) and Interest Income (202), followed by a **Total Trading Income** line. **Direct Costs (COGS)** lists cost of goods sold accounts, such as Purchases (328), followed by a **Total Cost of Goods Sold** line. **Operating Expenses (OPEX)** follows with the client's running costs for the year.

<Tip>
  Use the zoom controls in the top left to adjust how the report displays on screen, and click **Export Report** in the top right to download it.

<Note>
  This page currently covers the Profit and Loss portion of the statement, through to the start of Operating Expenses. An End of Financial Year statement typically also includes a Balance Sheet section, which is not yet confirmed here. This will be added once further screenshots of the full scroll are available.
