Step 1: Initial Registration

Begin by navigating to the signup portal. You can register using your professional email address or opt for a faster setup by using Signup with Google.

Step 2: Security Verification

To protect your firm's data, Ezyiah requires email verification. A 6-digit security code will be sent to your inbox. Enter this code to proceed with your registration.

Step 3: Personal & Firm Identity

Provide your basic contact details and your official Company Name. This information establishes the primary administrative record for your firm.

  • Full Name: The primary account holder.

  • Company Name: Your registered firm name (used for billing and internal records).

  • Phone & DOB: Required for identity verification and account recovery.

Step 4: Professional Profiling

Select your professional title from the dropdown menu. This helps Ezyiah tailor the platform’s interface and permissions to suit your specific role within the accounting or bookkeeping firm.

Step 5: Compliance & Certifications

To ensure compliance-heavy features (like BAS preparation) are handled correctly, specify if you are a Registered Tax Agent or a member of a professional accounting body (e.g., CPA, CA, or IPA).

Step 6: Platform Discovery

Briefly indicate how you discovered Ezyiah. This helps our team understand which professional communities are most active on the platform.

Step 7: Security Setup (Password)

Protecting your firm’s sensitive data begins with a robust password. During this step, you will establish your login credentials.

  • Requirements: We recommend a minimum of 12 characters, including a mix of uppercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.

  • Verification: You must enter the password twice to ensure there are no typographical errors before proceeding.

Step 8: Welcome to Ezyiah

Add your clients and start preparing BAS and PnL reports.
