Managing Live Bank Feeds
Once your client's live bank feeds are connected, you can disconnect, delete, or reconnect them at any time from the Banks tab.
Disconnecting a Live Bank Feed
Disconnecting a bank feed pauses the live sync without deleting the bank account or its transaction history. All previously reconciled transactions remain in Ezyiah. Use this if a client needs to temporarily revoke access or if you need to reconnect with updated credentials.
Step 1 — Open the Bank Menu
In the Banks tab, hover over the three-dot menu on the bank account you want to disconnect. Click Disconnect.

Step 2 — Confirm Disconnection
A confirmation popup will appear. Click Disconnect to confirm.

Step 3 — Account Shows as Disconnected
The bank account badge changes from Live to Disconnected. All accounts linked to that bank connection are disconnected at the same time. Transaction history and reconciliation data are preserved.

Deleting a Bank Account
Deleting a bank account permanently removes it and all associated transaction data from Ezyiah. This cannot be undone. Only delete a bank account if you are certain the data is no longer needed.
Step 1 — Open the Bank Menu
Hover over the three-dot menu on a Disconnected bank account. Click Delete.
Note: You can only delete a bank account after it has been disconnected. Live accounts must be disconnected first.

Step 2 — Confirm Deletion
A confirmation popup will appear. Click Delete to permanently remove the bank account.

Reconnecting a Live Bank Feed
If a bank feed was disconnected and you need to reconnect it, you can send a new connection request to your client at any time.
Step 1 — Click Link Live Bank Feed
From the Banks tab, click Link Live Bank Feed in the top right corner.

Step 2 — Enter the Client's Email
The Connect Bank Feed dialogue will open. Enter your client's email address and click Send Email. Ezyiah sends a new secure connection request. Once your client approves, the bank accounts reconnect and the badge returns to Live.

Step 3 — Feeds Reconnected
All bank accounts reconnect and resume syncing automatically. The Live badge reappears and the last sync timestamp updates.
